Welding Inspections

SMI have qualified and experienced Certified Welding Inspectors available for welding compliance and visual acceptance inspections of all welding processes prior to an NDT request being issued to ensure welding code requirements are met or exceeded.

Full reporting including Weld Maps, Consumable Batch Registers, Welder Qualification Registers and MDR documents can be compiled to ensure 100% traceability of all fabricated components and consumables, show your clients that you are delivering a quality product.

Welding Procedure Qualification

Scope Mining and Industrial have the capability to develop and qualify welding procedures and qualify welding personnel to Australian and International standards.

SMI can assist with all material groups and welding processes.
